Dear Friend Please tell me whether exemption from BCD is 75% or 50% in case goods are removed from 100% EOU to DTA

i think it is neither 50 or 75.
the computation when goods are transferred from 100 eou to dta as a special formula.

BCD is 50%.
Now a new thing has come. After the calculation of excise duty as per the formula of notification- education cess is required to be paid.
