India population 1.21 billion and Germany 82 million... so all the differences are due to the population

YES UR RIGHT,.BUT TAKE A LOOK AT CHINA,..IT HAS MUCH GREATER POPULATION THAN US BUT ITS WELL DEVELOPED THAN INDIA,...
POPULATION CANNOT BE TAKEN AS A DEFENSE FOR UNDER DEVELOPMENT,...
