To be honest, I really have no clue about the same......so can't comment upon that.
But even he is not the first blind CA ...... then even his work and willpower is outstanding ... and No one can really deny that ....
He has done really commendable job

Even i ve appreciated Raj shekar reddy's Achievement in my post.
Be it first or Second,This kind of Achievement is not less than a miracle.
Anyways above is the guy ,who was blind and passed out in may 11 CA final examination.
