Indexation-Capital Gains

Hi Santhosh,

Indexation benefit is not available on any Bond or debenture other then capital index bond issued by Cent. Govt. So, US 64 bond are not eligible for indexation benefit. Transfer of US64 is not taxable u/s 10(33).
