One of my client forgot the login id and password for traces login and does not have token number and challan details for last tds return filed to reset it.
When I went to jurisdictional officers he told me to furnish an indemnity bond on stamp paper of Rs. 300 to avail the conso file.
Can any one provide me the format of indemnity bond?
