i have one doubt becacuse of my articles i wiil give attemt in nov 2009 one group only
can any chance increse in final attempts

Yes, there are chances to increase in attempts of final(old).
Still,there are many students who register with old corse.
same thing was happen with PE-2, always they saying this is last attempt of PE-2 and later on they increase. So,here also chance of 99.99%.
