pvt limited co. currently authorised is 5000000 and want to increased up to Rs. 1 Crore. Article of associaton is permitted to increased the capital . Earlier co. have issued share on Rs. 50 per share premium.Now can co. further issue share on premium. and what is the procedure for increased the capital of co.
