While Increase in Share Cap of a company, which Resolution is required to be passed with Form 5? Ordinary or Special?

Hi,
For increase in AC you have to pass an ordinary resolution of shareholders under section 94 in General Meeting.

Dear there r two types of situations here:-
1.First see whether AOA contains amount of auth. capital, if yes, then pass a special resolution as AOA are also being altered alongwith MOA;
2.If AOA are not going to be altered, even then u should see heading of 'Alteration of Capital 'in AOA', it tell us whether the resolution will be ordinary/special for alteration of capital.
