Suppose a public limited company wants to increase its capital without issuing new shares. Is there any way to do it.

s.it can through issue of bonus shares.with out going to issue of new shares,it can capitalise reserves through bonus issue

To increase the capital the capital is to be issued. It may be by way of further issue or capitalisation of profit i.e. bonus issue.

YES, IN THIS COMPANY THE CAPITAL INCREASE BY ISSUE BONUS SHARE GO THROUGH CAPITALISE RESERVE OR FROM PROFIT.
