The authorised capital of the company is being increased from Rs. 75.5 crores to Rs. 155.5 Crores. wat will be the stamp duty & roc fees payable on such increase, if the company's registered office is at Madhya Pradesh??

follow this link https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/enquireFeeActionWithoutLogin.do to know roc filling fee. and stamp duty can be known by filling form 5 . bcoz in up and delhi there is no stamp duty on incraese in authorised share capital
