now the system of e-stamping has come and u can pay online like for general form filing. pl refer mca website

If your company is registered in state of NCT of delhi you need not to pay stamp duty on increase in authorised capital in other case you can pay online while filing form 5

No need to worry about payment of stamp duty. Everything is online now.
When you upload the form on MCA site 2 challan will be generated. One for ROC fee and second for stamp duty. Make online payment and that’s it.
