when increase in authorised share capital of the company, there is any change except (capital clause) in subscriber sheet?

There will be no change on subscriber sheet, it's only your Capital Clause under Memorandum of Association will be changed. Clause V of MoA. Nothing else will change.

for the increase in authorised capital :
1. check whether the AOA of the company provides so. if no provision the company must first make change to its AOA
2. convene board meeting and obtain approval form board of directors by conducting EGM ..
based in the approval present it to shareholders directors and auditors of the company
