Increase in authorise share capital

My company has been incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 now we want increase share capital of the Company but according to new act we don't require to amend AOA as there is no amount specified under share capital clause. Under new procedure only SH 7 is required to alter MOA . But in my case i need to alter my AOA also. please guide its urgent
