Increase authorised capital and introduction of directors

One of our client have a Private Limited with Authorised Capital of Rs. 1,00,000.00. Now he wants to increase the Authorised Capital to Rs. 5,00,000.00 and wants to add new Directors and Allot them shares. I want to know the procedure.
