When we verify TDS quarterly returns in ITD site by giving our PRN details, it shows the list of PAN numbers given in our return & Which do not exist in Income tax departement (ITD) data. I just want to know in such cases whether we need to file revised return & if yes with in what period we need to revise our return.

there is no time limit applicable for revising tds return.Its not for botheration that the PAN SHOULD BE CORRECTED AS THE ASSESSEE WILL TAKE PAINS AND WILL PROVIDE CORRECT NO. WHEN HIS REFUND WILL BE WITHHELD. so there is no compulsion to correct these pan nos.But as good professional there should be kept record of all things and when ever return is reviserd ,all curables should be taken alongwith.
