What would be the Requirement for Incorporating a Private Limited Company with two Foreign Directors ? FYI They have stayed in India for more than 182 Days in the Previous year.

Foriegn investors or shareholers before investing in india it is mandatory to seek approval from Govt. of India, in some cases from FIPB Foriegn investment promotion board may also require RBI approval for the same if required
