Incorporation of producer company
Can anybody guide me regarding how to incorporate a Producer Company?

Hi Parul,
Same as we incorporate a private limited. The extra process is Promoters and Directors must be 10.
In form INC-1 land holding documents must be attached. Also please attach a list of 3 promoters and 5 directors in another form.
