After filing FiLLiP Form MCA website shows this in remarks descripttion 'NOC and subscriber sheet furnished with copy pasted signature, which attracts penal provisions under sec 11(3) of LLP Act.' What does it means?
Does Designated Partners have to pay penalty or they try to communicating that correct the same and then resubmit because there is option of editing the form.
