Dear Ms. Renu,
Rates of Stamp Duty in Delhi
MoA (If accompanied by Articles) Rs. 200/-
MoA (In not ) Rs. 500
for Articles of Association rates are as follows:
0.15% of the Authorized Share capital with a monetary ceiling of Rs. 25 Lakhs.
