Friends,
What is the fees payable to ROC for incorporation of a pvt ltd company with AC – 1 lakh, 5 lakh and 10 lakhs excluding F1, F18 and F32.
The fees, on this matter, are not available in MCA website. Hence the query.

I wish to supplement that pursuant to provisions of Section 146(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 “A company shall, as from the day on which it begins to carry on business, or as from the 30th day after incorporation whichever is earlier, have the registered office.”
Moreover, Subsection (2) of Section 146 says that “Notice of the situation of the registered office, and every changes therein, shall be given within 30 days after the date of incorporation of the company or after the date of the change, as the case may be, to the Register of Companies.”
So no needs to file e-form 18 simultaneously at the time of incorporation of the Company.
