Is it necessary or mandatory to physically submit the MOA and AOA to ROC after attaching them in Form 1 and thereafter filed with the ROC???

No, you just need to Scan, attach & file the POA, MOA and AOA with Form 1 for company incorporation, no need to file documents physically with ROC.

There is no such requirement now a days....Electronic filing is sufficient .....

Since stamp duty on MOA / AOA is e-stamped these days there is no need to file physical MOA, AOA, and other incorporation documents. with ROC.

Dear all,
Please can anyone tell me the procedures after filing Form 1, 18 and 32??? How will the certificate of incorporation will be delivered?? If the ROC wants to do some vetting on MOA and AOA, how will i know about that???\

Hello!
You can check the transaction status on ur mca login id. And when the status shown as approved then a COI will be mailed at the mail id which u have mentioned. And if they need some other information then it would also be shown at transaction status on the date when you have filed the form.......
