Incorporating service based startup using spice form

Hello,

I have a startup idea (Service based) and while on my way of implementing it, got some doubts regarding incorporation Using spice form..!!

Can any one guide me as on which to chose for 'TYPE OF COMPANY' in between 

- Part 1 Others &

- New Company (Others)

and why?
