how do we come to know where to submit the return?these days when we get the pan copy ,a paper is enclosed which states the ward number.say for example, ward 14(1)(1) ,so how will i come to know that where i am supose to file my return ie bandra ito's office or ayakar bhavan etc.and what about range.what is the meaning of range?
