income tax u/s 143(1)

Hi ,

I received the notice of income tax u/s 143(1) related to ITR-5 (Partnership  Firm) 

in this case Income Tax officer  not considered the deduction of remuneration of Partners & Interest on Capital, so in that case ITO has raised the demand of Tax on above deduction so what i can do...... Please give the suggestion of above case.......

Please give me the procedure for online rectification.......
