Hello...
I want to know that what is the actual Income Tax slab rates for AY 2015-16 for the salaried employee.
It is for the purpose of calculation of TDS of the employees.
In the budget Feb 2014 it descrived that there is no change as previous, In between we heared news, our PM conveyed that there is no tax till 3 Lac income.
Now how we calculate the TDS on salary?

Hi, Deepak , as per my understanding ,since the Final Budget is not yet approved , u vil will have to deduct TDS as per the existing rates (as mentioned in Feb 14, budget)
However, if there is a change in slab rates later, then u may deduct the Tax accordingly.
however as on date u vil have to deduct tax as per the Existing policies (which is same as it was for AY2014-15)
