income tax returns for Ay 2016-17 and 2017-18
Can I file income tax returns of Ay 2016-17 and Ay 2017-18 be lated returns by paying late fees of rs 5000? What is procedure and how should I do it??

No belated return of earlier years can be filed now.
Only option is applying for condonation of delay u/s. 119(2)(b), provided you have any refund due. If condoned by JCIT/ITO you can file the return (of upto last 6 AYs)
