10 August 2013i have a clients return to be filed for the assesment year 2012-13. he was employed in kingfisher airlines for some months in the fy 2011-12. however he has no form 16 from kingfisher and tds payment made to govt. is zero as per traces (26as)
around 9 lacs of TDS deducted by Kingfisher not submitted to govt.
how to file his returns?

It is very simple.
1. calculate his tax liability .
2. pay self assessment tax
3. prepair his ITR file.
4. upload it or submit at his ITR at concern .ITO.
