06 September 2010A company has e-filed it's income tax return without digitally signing it before the notification that "It is mandatory for a company to digitally sign it's e-filed return". Is the return valid or should the company revise the same again?

return is valid, futher whether u have send the accknowledgement to banglore office, if yes, chech ur efilling status

I will suggest to file revised E return....with some minor change and do digital signature.....
I am not sure abt the bangluru office will entertain Company return. May be you can try to do what Sir asked....

Kindly tell me what u have done in your problem. i mean what solution u apply. I also want to update my knowledge in regard of the same issue.
