i have to query about Tds claim wrongly pan deposited by the deductor.
OUR Partnership TDS for the AY-2021-22 has been wrongly credited by Deductor in another Proprietor Pan. both Pan reletes each other like this proprietor is a partner in this firm. TDS Deductor not rectify the tds return. TDS amount around 1071000 Credited in another Pan. How can I claim this TDS in Partnership firm Income tax return in the column of Schedule TDS2 - Details of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on Income. anyone please help me in this matter.
