ONE OF MY ASSESEEE FILED REUTRN MANUALLY BEFORE THE DUE DATE AND AFTER THE DUE DAYE HE FILE HIS RUTRN ONLINE ALSO FOR THE SAME ASS YEAR !! WHAT WILL BE THE ACTION ! WHEATHER IT IS ALLOWED TO FILE TWO RETRUN ON SAME PAN CARD FOR SAME AY !!

it is wrong. Nothing will happen. you have to file return in any of the one mode whether elecronically or manual.. if already filed the option with us that not to send the acknowledgment to CPC, BENGALURU

then wait for reply from it dept.. you have to confirm whether the returns you filed manually and electronic are for same income and no change in income or tax..
