Please let me know if i can file refund return for A.Y.2012-13 now i.e. 31/03/2015. As the dates for belated return is also expired on 31/03/14.

As per section 139(4) a belated return can be filed before the expiry of one year from the end of relevant assessment year or before the completion of assessment whichever is earlier. You can not file the return as the period of One year is lapsed.

If you can manage to get a notice from your local ITO issued under section 142(1) or 148 of the Income Tax Act 1961 then you can file your ITR and claim refund. But it is discretionary on ITO's part. You have to take him/her to confidence and convince the ITO.

Hello,
You can file belated return before the expiry of one year from the relevant assessment year, and now for AY 2012-13 it is time barred so you can't file the return.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
