Hello ! Friends My client has filed the ITR for AY : 2016-17 claiming Refund . but he didn't received it Yet, and when i placed a grivence in IT webiste they Replied as follows

"DEAR SIR YOU HAVE FILED E-RETURN ON 23-0 7-2016 FOR AY 2016-17. YOUR RETURN NOT T RANSFERED CPC TO ASSESSING OFFICER. SO
PLEASE CONTACT CPC BANGALORE"

What should i do

What is the status of the ITR filed on e-filing site?

sir ,you have to send a copy of Itr after signed to CPC bangalore

if u have e verified itr and didn't receive any notice u/s 139(9) invalidated return than no need to worry just wait

only upto a.y. 2015-16, rectification can be done by your jurisdictional AO. for 2016-17 and 2017-18, rectification module under construction.. so it can't be rectified. so file grievance petition or rectification application before CPC

few return which have some query are pushed by cpc to AO for processing. and unfortunately ur is one of them rectification module for a.y.2016-17 is not available with ao but push up return are being processed.
