whether late fee is payable,if FY 18-19(AY 19-20) is filed before 30nov 2020?
if yes what is the amount of late fee?

However, individuals should remember that those filing belated ITR for FY 2018-19 now would require to pay a late filing fee of Rs 10,000. However, if the total income does not exceed Rs 5 lakh, then maximum late filing fee will not exceed Rs 1,000

Yes late fee is there from 1000 to more as per net taxable income
