I have followed up enough through grievance cell and few times through phone. But every time they have standard reply ïts in process". Better to be siilent and wait patiently. Nothing working out to get our own refund. Pathetic..

Well I am following this thread from day 1. Today i have recieved the msg and even couple of my friends also recieved the msg from it dept. Normally u get the amount within 7 days in your account.

Hi @ Jaideep & @ Sheena ... You can check the status in there website, mine was updated on 23rd March & even i was not aware of that, today morning i saw the status in there website & after an hour i got the SMS & Mail from 143.
