sir, can I file I tax return for above mentioned year either online or physically, pl. guide

E filing can't be done under regular provisions since it is time barred.
You may visit the Assessing offer of IT dept and request him to serve notice under section 142(1).
Based on the date and reference number of notice ,you may e file your ITR u/s 142(1) .It will be transferred to AO for processing.
Alternatively you may file ITR manually with AO
