An employee work in a company but employer paid to employee with a TDS deduction u/s 94J. actually he is a salaried person but employers tds deducted u/s 94j. can he filed ITR1 or 2 otherwise he have to file ITR3. Please answer needed.

He need to file ITR 3 or ITR 4, depending upon his nature of service..
ITR-1/2 can't be used ..You have to use either ITR-3/4
