Which ITR Form will be applicable for a Section 8 company, which is not registered under 12AA / 80G of Income tax Act 1961.
Also, what shall be due date for filing ITR for the same ?A

ITR - 6 to be filed. ITR-7 is for income tax exempted organizations.
