Interest u/s 234 A is applicable at the rate of 1% per month for late filing. if the tax is above Rs. 10000 interest u/s 234 B & 234 C will be applicable.

Due date for filing income tax return for AY 2011-12 is 31.07.2011
Last date for filing income tax return for AY 2011-12 is 31.03.2013
Now you can file belated return with interest u/s 234.
Calculations/ Appilicablilty of interest u/s 234A,B ,C will vary depending on the tax liablity.
In case of nil return or refund even interest u/s 234A will not apply.

You can file return by 31.03.2013 & you will not be able to revise it.

BSR CODE will not be required to file nil return.
it will be required only when you are liable to pay tax.

Vishal,
You need to file ITR 4 / 4S as the case may be if you are showing business income. You have not stated the sources of income, without which it is difficult to identify your AO.
BSR code is only applicable when you have paid advanced / self assessment tax.

You can file ITR 4S for him and the jurisdiction will be the place of business of the assessee. If you are preparing full BXS, P&L for him, than you may file ITR 4 too.

full Balnce sheet & profit & Loss A/c nhi bna rhe hai hum....
In this return, i m going to show all the income comes from business,
Now, pls tell me....
1).....how to identify AO......??
2).....business income show karne par koi problem to nhi hogi na.....??

Please check details required for ITR 4S. You need to have those details ready.
Also from NSDL site you can find AO. or if the address is same as registered with PAN, you can check AO after login on income tax efiling portal.

one can file a belated return with in one year from end of relevent ay
due date is 31/03/2013,and u cannot revise it
