E verification of ITR for AY 2020-21 was made after the period of 120 days from the date of filing of ITR, which was supposed to have been completed with in 120 days. So as a consequences, right now my return status is showing as invalid on income tax portal, for which a request for condonation of delay was also submitted by me.
Almost 10 to 12 days have been passed since the date of submission for condonation of delay, but status is same as it was. Now I am in a dilemma whether I need to file a fresh ITR or should wait for more period.
Please submit your suggestions in this case.
