I have not filed the return for the assessment year 2014-15 & 2015-16, But, now want to file the return for the AY 2016-17.
Sir, Can i take refund for the assessment year 2014-15 & 2015-16 while file the return of AY 206-17? If yes then please tell me How.

No..........
You can file belated return for AY 2016-17 along with AY 2017-18....... to claim refund of particular assessment year.....
For AY 2014-15 & 2015-16 you can apply for condonation of delay of filing return with your Jurisdictional ITO for permission to file. Generally permission is granted. After that you can file those returns.......

You have any notice for NMS from ITD then you can file your returns. If any TDS amount available above said AY....
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
