Hii Frnds,
Mr A, had filled ereturn within a due date, but had submitted acknowledgement to CPC after 120 days. Now the status of that return is Rejected (Filling date has exceeded the due date).
How Should i filled the same return again ?

It is as good as no return filed. You should re-file ITR.
