Assessee an Association of Persons has not filed its returns form FY 2006-07, we would like to know if there is any option available for the Assessee to file returns for the period 2006-07 onwards?, and in such case what is the procedure to be adopted for filing of those returns with minimal impact on Interest and Penalty.
