Regarding AY 2020-21 the rectification menu shows two options. One is reprocess return and other is return data correction (offline). This second option is not working properly. When we upload the XML file successfully and then click submit, the rectification is not getting submitted and system gives message to contact helpline.
Experts here are requested to guide if anyone has successfully submitted return data correction offline.
Also if we try to submit “disagree” response to outstanding demand with reason code 11 (Other), the response is not getting submitted.
