annual income current financial year is 6 lac 23 thousand in which 1.50 Lac deposit to Ppf account so can we have to pay income tax

No your tax liability will be nil after giving rebate of 12500 rupees

No you don't have to pay, but in annual income I hope there is no capital gain amount.
