Y 18-19 BUT FORGOT TO FILE ITR SO CAN I CLAIM THAT AMOUNT IN A.Y 19-20
IF YES THEN I WILL FILE IF NO THEN WHAT IS THE OPTION FOR CLAIM TDS AMOUNT

No, You can not claim TDS of A.Y 2018-19 in A.Y 2019-20..

No, still there is no official notification regarding extension for F.Y 2018-19 ITR.
