In 2017-18 my Gti is Rs.450000 I filled return but in 2018-19 my gti is Rs.200000 should i file return.

No need. it's not mandatory if GTI not exceeding BEL.

Yes... You can file nil ITR.

Is nil return filing in above situation is mandatory or optional?
