If a person has income from private tution and it is the main source of income can he file ITR-3 , and show his income under the head income from proffesion?

Yes.... ITR is always suitable for PGBP...

The Tuition income will be file as Income from Profession in ITR 3...

Sir can any one tell me what whould be the nature of business or proffesion code for income from private tution? Can we use code 17006(coaching center and tution ) for income from private tution?
