income tax return
person earning income from commission from last 7 years and filing ITR 2 every year he continosly filling other source income return I want to know that commission is his other income or business income and ITR form he is filling is correct or it should be changed to ITR 4 Or ITR -4 S

Depends upon commission amount, main source of income, TDS deducted if any.........
If commission is from your regular activity than it is a business income
else income from other source.
