Sir someone told ITR 4 you can file.. That's correct or not...

Yes. You can file ITR 4 if your turn over is under 2cr. If it's presumptive u/s44AD. It's attracted 8% profit on your turn over.

Sir that company have loss ( no profit). Bcz that company newly started (From 1st juky
