A person (senior Citizen) working as private company and earned salary 240000 yearly. He has not filled income tax return for assesment year 2013-14 , 2014-15 and 2015-16 can I fill above income tax return online of offline. please give me instruction in detail

You can file return for A.Y. 2015-16 and 2016-17 online.
Since the basic exemption limit for senior citizen is ₹3lakh(from F.Y. 14-15) I don't think tds would have been deducted. If deducted, you can prepare a return offline for A.Y. prior to 15-16 along with an application for condonation of delay to the concerned AO.
